Permanence Private Investments and Equity (PPIE) is a holding company under which a number of subsidiary companies function. The extended vision for PPIE is to provide a stable and financially sound place where the long-term financial security of the subsidiary companies exists, and to be an asset pool for the growth of the subsidiaries as each company strives for development and expansion in its particular sector.

Founded in 2014, Georgia Electrical Installers, Inc. is a licensed company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. GEI was created to provide new construction/remodel residential, commercial, industrial electrical services inclusive of high voltage (120/240 and 277/480) wiring, low voltage (data, security, fire suppression) wiring, and all applicable wireless systems.

Purpose:
Media2364 Production is a production company designed to support the filming of screenplays, scripted dramas, comedies, shorts, game shows, etc. for television and streaming platforms. This is a full-scale production company that consists of a production staff that provides financing for hiring crew for filming each production that is under the current slate.

Purpose:
The Mortgage Perennial Group invests in land acquisition and purchases for the construction of single family standalone houses, subdivisions, apartment complexes, strip malls, mixed use communities, halls, sports arenas, etc.MPG works as the spearhead group for community and city planning with Perennial Builders Group operating as the construction branch.

MAMF is an asset management firm that invests pooled funds for clients to be used as capital for various types of investments. Initially, we are fully supportive of the subsidiaries under Permanence Private Investments and Equity. As returns on investment are generated, we encourage members of the firm to utilize their gains for investments into new and emerging small business markets. This Foundation is a nonprofit foundation supporting the needs of parents and children affected by Autism. The goals of the Foundation are to allow for a safe and inviting environment supportive of the financial, mental, holistic and medicinal needs of both parents and children. The Foundation is in place to help reinterpret and re purpose the understanding of Autism and put in place useful tools to help affected persons with challenges associated within the group.
